Return Policy

At Elite Scents, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple return policy under the following terms:

  • Eligibility: The return policy is applicable only to 50ml and 100ml perfume bottles.
  • Notification Period: Customers must notify us of their intention to return the product within 7 days of receiving their order.
  • Usage Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition. If more than 10% of the perfume has been used, the return request will not be accepted.
  • Delivery Charges: Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will contact the customer to confirm the return. The entire return process, including the refund, will be completed within 14 working days. The refund amount will be transferred online to the customer’s provided account details.
